CIRCULATION OILS

CIRCULATING OILS

Circulating oils are diverse in application. Some serve the function of power transmission such as hydraulics. Hydraulics systems are found throughout a wide range of industries and mobile equipment such as cherry pickers. Product lines include Azolla, Biohydran, Equivis and Hydransafe. Our major hydraulic oil product lines are: Equivis Series and Azolla Series.

EQUIVIS SERIES

EQUIVIS ZS
ISO 15 thru 100 – High Viscosity Index Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil
DescriptionAdvantages/Approvals and Specifications
EQUIVIS ZS oils are recommended for all types of hydraulic systems operating under high pressure (limit as indicated by the pump manufacturer) and high temperature (up to 100°C in hot points).
EQUIVIS ZS oils have been specifically designed to be used in all types of hydraulic pumps and motors that require the use of anti-wear hydraulic oils. These fluids are suitable for hydraulic systems working under extreme temperature variations and equipment operating outside: easy start-up at low temperature (-30°C) and regular operating in all seasons.
Applications include: civil engineering, agriculture, marine, transport, and other industrial applications.
  • Very high viscosity index
  • Excellent shear stability
  • Superior thermal stability avoiding the formation of sludge even at high temperature
  • Good compatibility with elastomers and seals
  • Excellent water/oil demulsification propertiesVery low pour point
  • Excellent anti-foaming (silicon-free), anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidation properties
  • AFNOR NF E 48-603 HV
  • Vickers I-286-S, M-2950-S

EQUIVIS XLT
Extremely High Viscosity Index Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil
DescriptionAdvantages/Approvals and Specifications
EQUIVIS XLT is an extremely high viscosity index, anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is recommended for all types of hydraulic systems operating under extremely low ambient temperatures. It is especially recommended for outdoor equipment. The ISO 15 viscosity grade is designed to meet the arctic requirements of MIL-5606 A. It does NOT meet aviation requirements.
EQUIVIS XLT is specifically designed to be used in all types of hydraulic pumps and motors that require the use of anti-wear hydraulic oils. It is suitable for hydraulic systems working under extremely low temperatures and permits easy start-up at temperatures as low as -40°C.
Applications include: civil engineering, agriculture, marine, transport, and other industrial applications.
  • Excellent anti-wear properties
  • Very high viscosity index with excellent shear stability
  • Outstanding low temperature pump performance
  • Very low pour point and low temperature fluidity
  • Easy cold weather start-up
  • Inert towards metals (non-staining and no corrosive wear)
  • Good compatibility with elastomers and seals
  • Excellent water/oil separation properties
  • Excellent anti-foaming (silicon-free), anti-corrosion, and anti-oxidation properties
